Return Policy

Seegler values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, we want to hear how we can make things right!

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, or you may provide a photo demonstrating that the product is defective. Once we verify the photo, we can often resolve the issue without requiring a physical return. We ensure that refunds are processed to your account within five business days after we receive the returned order or verify the defect through our customer service.

Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or with other discounts are final sale and cannot be returned.


Returns by Mail

You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to exchange a product for a different size/color or to request a refund, provided the items are handled through our specified process.

1. Contact info@seegler.com First, you must contact us via email to obtain the correct return address. Because we operate multiple distribution centers, we must determine which center your package originated from based on the reason for your return.

2. Provide the Packing Slip Pack the product as securely as possible in its original packaging and include a note with your order number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment. We require that you use a trackable shipping service (such as DHL) and obtain a tracking code. After shipping the package, contact us at info@seegler.com to confirm if you prefer a refund or an exchange.

  • Note: Our headquarters are located in China. Please be aware that you must ship your package to our supplier located in Asia when returning the product.

3. Shipping Proceed to your nearest parcel center (post office or package shop) to send your package back. Once the product arrives at our warehouse, your exchange or refund will be processed as quickly as possible.


Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info@seegler.com.

  • Within 24 hours: We can offer an unconditional refund.

  • After 24 hours: If the order has already been processed, the goods must be returned to us according to the return policy above once they arrive at your location.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your total.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your geographical location.

We always recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance!
